Reflective of the nature and purpose of the Division of Student Affairs, the Multicultural Resource Center (MRC) seeks to: 

• Promote individual student learning and development  - The MRC offers on-going education and training exploring the many facets of diversity and human relations.  The Center also offers a host of multicultural programs providing expanding learning opportunities for students while honoring the unique diversity present at UNCC and the Charlotte community.
   
• Provide student services – The MRC is available to assist students individually in their own explorations of themselves and/or others as well as to assist student organizations in their operations and programming efforts.  The Center works closely and collaboratively with other service areas to assure consistent and thorough support for all students that seek it.
